I had a decent stay at the hotel, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff making my experience better. The rooms, while comfortable, are showing their age and could definitely use some updates. The location is a bit tricky due to road closures, but it offers a nice view of Aso-San. Dining was a highlight, with delicious homemade soup, although I would have appreciated a bit more variety.
